Located within Digital Realty Trust's Santa Clara data center campus, this facility will ccommodate four Turn-Key Data Center PODs with the latest data center energy efficiency design. MCC facilitated all permits for this phased
permit/construction development. Completed December 2019. |  Arambel Business ParkABP is a 732 acre fully-entitled, master-planned industrial and logistics park located directly adjacent to Interstate 5, in the business friendly community of Patterson, California. As one of the largest business parks on the West Coast, ABP recently added the newly constructed 1.5M SF Restoration Hardware distribution/fulfillment center. MCC worked with the project team to build out the permit fee schedule and estimated costs for all permits. Permits currently in process. |
