The College Station Development will sit on a 5.7 acre site at the intersection of Spring and College Street. College Station will consist of six low-rise buildings featuring residential units and pedestrian-oriented commercial space. Once completed the project will include 770 apartments and 51,000 square feet of ground floor retail - including a 37,000 square-foot market.

Metropolis

Metropolis

At $1Billion, the Metropolis is one of the finest upcoming projects in Southern CA. Comprised of a luxury hotel, condominium and shopping complex it will feature a 19-story hotel with two additional towers at 60 stories and 40 stories (740 condominium). Both will rise from an eight-story podium structure that incorporates two stories of retail, along with some apartments and parking.

MCC was trusted to bring Amazons new office to Chicago at 222 W. Adams. The project consisted of securing permits and approvals for over 60k square feet of office and meeting space. MCC successfully processed and secured a self-certification permit, multiple alternative code approvals, as well as attended a few meetings with City officials to ensure this high profile project stayed on track.

OYL is a company that specializes in yeast production & yeast sales to local breweries. MCC processed and secured permits & approvals including standard plan permit, forestry & landscape approval, alley access approval, alternative code approvals, house number certificate, zoning denial permit, & an administrative adjustment.

MCC worked diligently with the San Bruno building department to secure permits for 3 different phases of Walmart’s office renovation in a timely manner.

Strategically located on major fiber routes and near three sub-stations of the cost effective power grids of Santa Clara, Space Park is a 73,900 square foot two-story building. Located within Digital Realty Trust's Santa Clara data center campus, this facility will ccommodate four Turn-Key Data Center PODs with the latest data center energy efficiency design. MCC facilitated all permits for this phased permit/construction development. Completed December 2019.

Arambel Business Park

ABP is a 732 acre fully-entitled, master-planned industrial and logistics park located directly adjacent to Interstate 5, in the business friendly community of Patterson, California. As one of the largest business parks on the West Coast, ABP recently added the newly constructed 1.5M SF Restoration Hardware distribution/fulfillment center. MCC worked with the project team to build out the permit fee schedule and estimated costs for all permits. Permits currently in process.

It will be the tallest structure west of the Mississippi, adding to the rich cultural and economic revival of Downtown.

At the $300-million Ivy Station complex, riders will encounter 200 apartments for rent, a 148-room boutique hotel and a 200,000-square-foot office building. The complex will have 1,500 underground parking spaces, 300 of which will be dedicated for use by Metro passengers. Expected to finish in late 2019. Currently under construction.
